On Sept. 16, at 9am, join the Essex County Estate Planning Council for a discussion of proposed estate, gift and income tax legislation. David Strachan and Richelle Maguire will discuss topics such as proposed changes to Internal Revenue Code, the federal tax law, lifetime gifts and so much more.
