The ECEPC is pleased to host our signature event at Tupper Manor, an historic seaside mansion on the beautiful campus of Endicott College. Our guest speaker for the evening is United States Congressman Seth Moulton, who represents Massachusetts' 6th district. Mr. Moulton will speak in the Ballroom, followed by dinner in the Conservatory.
